Here is one of my photos which was taken at a bus stop outside of Melbourne, Australia and it definitely gives an unusual point of view about where one is going – I think. The idea that one is waiting and another is also arriving is a very strange point of view.

This was shot in Melbourne, Victoria. The speed sign and the aeroplane was what got me as the ‘merge’ of art. I chose it because most of my photos are about looking up and trying to juxtapose the solidity of being on the ground with the movement of the air.

Here are some photos I shot in France – I wanted to show the shapes that were grounded against those that implied distance. For me lights illuminate things and show the way.
This is a slideshow which offers an abstract perspective on ‘just leaving’ or ‘just arriving,’ rather than the portrayal of distance which I usually try to convey.
